There is a CON (Conference) for EVERYTHING! And it is great that like-minded people can get together and celebrate their love for something. This past weekend, I, along with 1,000 more women (and a few men), got together to giggle about stickers, swap washi, learn lettering techniques and dish about all things planner world at the first International PlannerCon. The event was held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel in Burlingame, CA.
Here is a visual snippet of all the PlannerCon goodness I experienced this past weekend.
Day 1 – This was the first Planner Stack of the day from the Tombow class taught by Sharisse fromPieces Calligraphy.Day 1 – “Thin up, Thick Down.” Practicing the basic strokes for lettering. Of course I had to get a pink Tombow. 🙂Day 1 – I absolutely adore Cori Spieker aka The Reset Girl.Her faith planning classes are awesome and she has the sweetest personality. If you are not following her on Instagram,I highly recommend you do so.Day 1 – Cuteness overload! Yes, adults play with stickers. These are stickers from the Erin Condren brand. I could not get enough. The Erin Condren team taught a class called, Fashion vs. Function. I’m definitely a combination of both.Day 1 – Planner Stack from the Erin Condren Team Fashion vs Function class. I loved meeting new people and their planners. We all enjoy planners, but isn’t it amazing how different our planners are?Day 1 – One of my favorite things about the Erin Condren brand so far are all these amazing colors. This Erin Condren marker is heavenly.Day 2 – Can you tell I was a little obsessed? The Erin Condren boutique was like an instant shot of caffeine for a planner girl like me.Day 2 – “Oops, My bad!” Erasers gonna erase. LOL So cutesy. More from Erin Condren.Day 2 – With the actual Erin Condren after her keynote. I am so glad I heard her story. One of my takeaways from her keynote was “Sometimes you have to suck it up and do something you don’t like.” So true and so real.Day 2 – I was in my last class of the conference when I got a text from The Reset Girl team that I had won a raffle. I was SUPER excited and when I got there, I got to pick what I wanted. I’ve had my eye on this The Reset Girl x Carpe Diem Ballerina A5 for the whole year.
